We charge $70 per hour for both design and development, and before we begin working, we always provide an estimate of the total cost for your project. We never start work without your approval of the estimated hours and a signed contract. As a small business ourselves, we understand the importance of staying within budget, and we strive to keep costs in check, often even coming in under your budget.

Your journey begins with a free consultation, where you’ll meet with our skilled team to discuss your ideas and goals. As part of our commitment to ensuring we’re the right fit for your project, our talented designer will create a complimentary 3 hour design sample specifically tailored to your business or product. This way, you can get a feel for our work and decide if you’d like to move forward with us.

Send Us The Details

If you choose to work with us, our project manager will take the lead in gathering important details to create a project scope that outlines the deliverables, timeline, and budget. You’ll have the flexibility to adjust the hours as needed, and we’ll collaborate to find a path that aligns with your budget and expectations. Once we finalize the scope, we’ll send you a contract to sign, outlining everything we’ve agreed on.

Updates And Progress

Once the contract is signed and your goals are clearly defined, we’re ready to begin! Throughout the process, our dedicated team will keep you in the loop via your preferred communication method, whether it’s email, phone, video meetings, or text. We’ll send weekly progress updates, so you always know where we stand. If you have questions or need adjustments, we’re here to help and can meet as often as you would like to ensure your vision is coming to life as expected.

Adjustments And Communication

As we work on your project, it’s natural that you may want to add or remove certain elements that weren’t part of the original plan or scope. Additionally, there may be more design adjustments than either of us initially anticipated. If we ever need to adjust the scope or add more hours to ensure your project is completed to your satisfaction, we’ll always communicate with you first. We’ll provide an updated estimate and clearly outline any changes to the budget before moving forward.

Seamless Handoff

Once we complete your project and you’re satisfied with the final result, we’ll schedule a meeting to officially hand off the project to you! We’re always available to assist with any questions you may have after the handoff. Additionally, we offer maintenance plans to ensure your site continues to run smoothly and performs at its best. If you decide to enroll, you can have peace of mind knowing your website is in good hands, and kept up to date and secure for the long term.
